A safe environment to share your thoughts and feelings.

Individual therapy allows a person to have a one-on-one session with a mental health professional. With this service, one is provided with a supportive environment that is free from judgment and is filled with understanding and a will to support a client in determining the root and effects of their problems toward their daily functioning, and relationships with themselves and other people.

Before I provide clients with services, I first coordinate with them through an appointment and talk about their problems so we can determine the kinds of services they can benefit from.
